How forecasts shift over time
Outcome distribution as of a date (replay)
Assembles the best cited value per scenario dated on-or-before the chosen date and runs the simulation — but only if every scenario is covered. Otherwise it reports exactly which scenarios have no cited forecast yet, rather than inventing a default (firewall §5.4). The outcome-over-time axis fills in as data coverage grows.
